Below is a picture from Paris Hilton's event for her recently debuted shoe line. Ordinarily I think she's wacky, tacky and over-the-top, not to mention gauche, but I think below... she looks almost kind of cute.


I like the hair, I like the headband and I like the bright, satin dress. She isn't too heavily made-up and she's flashing a cute smile. Not bad!
