Carla Bruni, birth name Carla Gilberta Bruni Tedeschi, is an Italian woman over 40, who has explored the avenues of art & architecture, via Swiss boarding school, as well as music. However, she's best known for 1) having had a relationship with Mick Jagger, 2) modeling and 3) most recently, marrying French president Nicolas Sarkozy.
Carla is a timeless beauty, with Italian looks and French upbringing, who brings sensual controversy with her because, apparently, prim British folk (and some Americans) gasp at the idea of a model-turned-First-Lady, who has taken nude pictures in the past.
I think it's just jealousy.
